Hey, Daniel here!
Welcome to issue #1 of AI Email Marketing Prompts - the paid newsletter that helps you use AI to create high-converting:
Newsletters
Lead magnets
And email sequences
…all in just a fraction of the time.
Today, I want to kick things off with something that can immediately boost your conversions...
Ever notice how many people click on your emails & product page... but don't actually BUY?
Well, these aren't cold leads - they're actually your HOTTEST prospects who have literally raised their hand saying "I'm interested!"
They just have some mental barrier stopping them from pulling the trigger.
That's where Objection Handling Emails come in.
These are targeted emails that go ONLY to people who've clicked your product landing page (but didn't buy).
And let me tell you... they work like a charm!
Because by systematically tackling those objections holding people back, you can easily get a 10-20% boost in sales and conversions WITHOUT making any changes to:
Your product
Your landing pages
Or the rest of your funnel
Now, there are 2 main ways you can deploy these emails…
Approach #1: The Evergreen Approach
You can send them on an ongoing basis in addition to your weekly newsletters.
For example, every Monday, send one Free-Value email to your full list.
Then on Thursdays, send an Objection Handling Email specifically to your "Clickers" segment (i.e., people who've clicked on your sales page but haven't bought yet).
This is the easiest place to start for most people.
Approach #2: The Launch Approach
You can also use these emails as an additional conversion tool during your product launches.
For example, once your launch has begun, you can send your regular “launch” emails in the morning…
But then you can ALSO send an Objection Handling email in the afternoon.
Fun fact: I recently executed a $350k infoproduct launch and our second best-performing email was one of these Objection Handling emails. Wrote a LinkedIn post about it here.
Now, you only want to send these additional emails to people who’ve either:
Joined the waitlist for the product (if you had a waitlist)
Or have clicked on the sales/landing page (without completing their purchase)
Just keep in mind that this approach is a little more nuanced (and requires additional technical setup).
So as I said, the easiest place to start is definitely Approach #1.
Now, let me show you what a GREAT objection handling email looks like:
Here's an actual example from Ship 30 for 30 (a popular digital writing course that helps people start writing online and build an audience in 30 days).
This email was created by Nicolas Cole (the co-founder of Ship 30 & my copywriting mentor) and addresses one of the most common objection they hear:
"Your product is too expensive."
It's been used countless times to convert hesitant prospects into paying customers.
(And I know that’s the case because I’ve worked side by side with Cole for the past 5 years!)
Let's take a look:

Hey there!
Are you thinking of joining Ship 30 for 30 but having a hard time rationalizing the investment in yourself?
You aren't alone!
We have heard (from literally thousands and thousands of potential customers) the following reason as to why they are on the fence about joining:
"Ship 30 for 30 is too expensive."
OK... let's compare the cost of Ship 30 to how much time, energy, and effort it would take you to learn all of these skills on your own.
Let's say it took you 500 hours to learn, implement, and become proficient in all the different skills, techniques, mental models and writing frameworks we share in Ship 30 for 30.
(For context: it took us about 3,000 hours to figure out all of these things on our own. But let's assume you're 6x faster, smarter, and more digitally savvy than us!)
And let's say you valued your time at $50 per hour.
(If you already have a well-paying career, chances are, your hourly rate is at least 3-5x this. And if you work for yourself, even as a freelancer, your hourly rate is probably at least 2x this.)
500 hours x $50 per hour, being incredibly conservative, means it is going to COST you $25,000 to do this on your own.
And no, we aren't just "throwing numbers in the air."
We know how long it takes to figure all these things out because a) we had to do it the hard way (nothing like Ship 30 for 30 existed when we were first starting out!), and b) we have trained over 10,000 people on how to do the same.
So, you can either spend $25,000 in your own time doing this "on your own."
Or, you can skip straight to the end and get all the answers for a FRACTION of the price.
"Yea, yea Dickie & Cole... of course you would say that."
Then don't take our word for it.
Samantha Demers' story (Ship 30 for 30 alumni) is something each and every one of us can relate to.
She, like most people, had told herself for YEARS she would get started writing online. "I kept thinking, 'One day, I'll be brave enough. One day I'll figure out my niche, and THEN I'll start creating. But not today. The truth is, that day never came.'"
And when she first came across Ship 30 for 30, she felt foolish for even CONSIDERING thinking about hopping aboard and paying for an online writing program.
So, what changed?
"To be honest, I got tired of waiting," she said.
Here's a snapshot of how Sam's life transformed after enrolling in Ship 30 for 30 back in March, 2021:
“My Twitter (X) following has grown to nearly 5,000 followers from a super old, dead account of 101 inactive followers”
“I’ve hosted 100+ Twitter (X) Spaces—using the consistency and bravery I learned from Ship 30 for 30”
“I started writing my first book ’The Creator’s Guide to Overcoming Impostor Syndrome’”
“I’ve been invited on podcasts, video live streams, been featured in newsletters and asked to speak as an authority since niching down”
“Unexpected income has come from cold DMs of people asking me to consult or coach them”
“Finally figured out my niche through a lot of experimenting and testing”
“Started leading a small group to encourage new creators on Twitter (X)”
“And I’ve made (literally) the best friends in the world through the high caliber of people that Ship 30 for 30 attracts”
You can read Sam’s featured post on her Ship 30 for 30 experience here.
So, how much would you pay to unlock these sorts of outcomes in your life?
And considering these are skills you can (and should) use for YEARS into the future, we have done everything in our power to make sure Ship 30 for 30 provides “insane value at a laughable price.”
$10,000?
$5,000?
$1,000?
Well, Ship 30 for 30 isn’t anywhere near that in terms of cost—it’s cheaper!
Because we want to get these writing frameworks in the minds of as many people as possible from all around the world, AND we want the investment to be accessible for people from all different walks of life, different socio-economic circumstances, and different countries (especially the ones struggling with currency devaluations).
Which is why we also offer payment plans for anyone who needs to spread this investment in themselves across a longer time horizon.
Click here to join Ship 30 for 30 and build skills in the digital age that will keep you relevant, defensible, and set the foundation for anything you want to build over the next decade.
(Or spend $25,000 in “time and effort” trying to figure it out on your own.)
See you inside!

Why This Email Works: The Objection Handling Formula
If you paid close attention to the example, you've probably noticed this is a simple (and repeatable) formula you can follow to dismantle ANY objection:
Call out the objection directly - Don't dance around it or use jargon/corporate speak.
Validate before countering - Let them know this is a common concern (they're not crazy for thinking it).
ALWAYS reframe the objection into an opportunity - This is the entire game. Whatever their objection is (price, time, doubt, fear), show them how that very concern can be flipped into a reason to move forward.
Use real numbers(if possible) - Make it concrete, not theoretical.
Address skepticism head-on - Say what they're thinking before they can think it.
Social proof is everything - One real story > a thousand claims from you.
End with a clear next step - Make it OBVIOUS what they should do next.
Now that you understand the psychology behind effective objection handling emails, let's make it super easy for you to create your own without starting from scratch.
