It improves the odds your emails land in the inbox for everyone, not just the repliers - a strong reply rate trains the inbox providers to place your future sends (and future subscribers’ emails) in the primary tab.
It opens a direct line to your subscribers - every reply is a conversation. And with the right approach, those conversations can turn into content ideas, feedback, and sometimes even sales.
Pro tip: give them a reason to do it. Ask a specific question, or offer them something small in exchange for their reply (like an additional freebie).
